The room type we booked through Expedia (king bed, nonsmoking) was not available when we checked in so we had to choose non-smoking as I am very sensitive to smoke smell. My advice to the management is to have more people working checkin during the busy times on weekends. On Saturday night they also had only one person working and the line was twice as long (probably over 1 hour). The line for check-in on a Friday evening was over 30 minutes as they only had one person working the check-in. It wasn’t horrible but it also wasn’t good.
